Kathy is absolutely wonderful! When selecting a unit she gave me all the options in my price range and walked through them all with me. When I finally decided, I came back in and she walked me through the unit I selected as well showed me the best areas for me to park, closest elevators, stairs, etc. Move-in process has been excellent start to finish!
